When we get it wrong, say so.

A claims service asking for your trust should tell you, in advance and in writing, what happens when you are unhappy with it. Here is our procedure, all of it.

The procedure

1. Tell us

Email delayedgetpaid@gmail.com with the word complaint and your claim reference, or say it on a call or WhatsApp and we log it the same way. Say what went wrong and what a good outcome looks like for you.

2. We answer, personally

A named person, not an autoresponder, acknowledges within 2 business days and gives you a full answer within 10. If it needs longer, you hear why and when.

3. Escalate if it falls short

Reply that you want the owner to review it and the file goes to the top, read fresh. The second answer states plainly what we will do.

Complaining about an airline, not about us?

That is exactly what a claim is. Run the check and we turn your complaint into a case the airline has to answer. For US airline service issues you can also complain directly to the Department of Transportation's aviation consumer office; doing so does not affect a compensation claim.

What we keep

Every complaint, its answer and its outcome stays on file, and patterns get fixed at the root: procedures change, pages get rewritten, and the person who complained hears what changed.
