This notice covers everything this site keeps in your browser. It is short because we keep very little.
What we store today
The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies at all. Four things live in your browser, all essential to features you chose to use: a session cookie when you sign in to an account or the staff area, so you stay signed in; your in-progress claim answers, kept on your own device so a refresh does not wipe them; the answer you give on the cookie banner itself, so we do not ask again; and, if you reached us through a partner's link, that partner's code, so the referral is credited to them if you file a claim later. It is our own cookie, it holds only that code, and it follows you nowhere else.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and nothing here follows you around the internet.
If analytics are ever added
If we add analytics to understand what is useful, they will run only for visitors who chose Accept all on the banner. Choosing Essential only keeps them off, and a choice made before the analytics existed is still respected.
Changing your mind
Clearing this site's data in your browser resets every choice above, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
